Smile should i be gaining fat on this diet

i am cuurently 5 weeks in a 250ml/week cycle of sust.
starting stats
6ft 167lbs 14% bf
currently
6 ft 174 lbs 18%bf (electronic scales)

i have noticed increases in strength and size but nothing abnormal(same cycle 4 yrs ago, wasnt ready and gained25 lbs and lost it all)

i know everyone says 4000cals a day, but i think im gaining to much bodyfat according to electronic scales so hereis my daily diet

6am
8oz skim w/ 1 1/4 c shredded wheat, 1 tbsp natty pb, 1scp. whey gold
470cal,58carb,41.5pro,10.5fat
8:30am
2 tbsp natty pb on 2slc wheat, large banana, 1scp whey
485cal,43carb,35pro,20 fat
11 am
1 1/2 cups whole grain rice, 8 oz chick. brst, 1serv. light string cheese
570cal,67carb,58pro,9.5fat
2 pm
1 can tuna lite,2 slc wheat,large banana,1scp whey
490cal,58carb,56.5pro,5.5fat
5pm
8 oz lauras lean gr. beef,2 slc wheat, 1/2 c fat free cott.cheese
540cal,33 carb,61 pro,20 fat
7:30
post wo shake
520cal,53 carbs,47pro,12fat
9 pm
8 oz chick brst, 1 serv string cheese lite
270cal,1 carb,50pro,7.5fat

tue back
wed arms
thurs legs
fri shoulders
sat & sun day off

i drink 1.5 t0 2 gall. water a day and only 1 cheat meal sat (pizza w/family)

Those electronic scales are junk, alot of them use the weight as part of the equation to figure bf%. If it was correct you would have gained all fat basically, even men who don't lift don't gain all fat. Hydrostatic is the only truly accurate method, but it is not readily available to use, calipers are better than those scales.

Also up the test from 250 mgs once a week to 250mgs 2x a week, sust has short esters as well and was actually intended for use once every 2 weeks for HRT. But if your using it for BBing or PLing it should be used 2-3x a week, and 250mgs is too low if you want to maximize LM gains.

i kinda figured they couldnt be that accurate, its even read 20% and i could still see some abs

i had good results with same sust dosage years ago but diet and lifestyle were out of whack, was hoping to have similar results and keep gains this time

id say downgrade yor daily intake of wheat and find more accurate ways of determining your bf
