chiken weight?!

if u say u eat 8oz of chiken,do u take the weight while it is fresh or while it is grilled or boiled cus i get 1kg every day of chiken and when i grill it it becomes 400g so i take it for 2 meals??need to know what do u take the weight

Sounds like you are cooking a lot of neutrients out of it.... it's still a significant source.


Most weight of food is pre-cooked measurements.

like a 1/4 pounder w/ cheese is pre-cooked weight...

chicken dosnt have that much fat in it to begin with, so I wouldnt worry about eating too much chicken bro.

I've always cooked a large batch of chicken, wiegh it and then seperated the portion sizes. It's just easier that way.

for the most part, chicken. Steak has a hell of a lot though. I'd say it depends on the size.
