wow talk abouht a cheat day

so today started out pretty normal, 1 cup oatmeal mixed with 25g casiene/25g whea, then chest work at the gym/30 min on the stairmaster "long live the gauntlet!!" then my post workout drink plus 25g casein, home for 4 eggs, and around 1/2 gallon of water, so now it somewhere near 11:30, we leave for the beach i eat celery with peanutbutter on it and 25g whea with 1/4 cup oatmeal. then all hell broke lose, 1/2 a medium pizza, forllowed by frozen yogurt, 1 hour later around 1/4lb. of mixed candy, choc. carmel, nuts, carmel corn, then 2 hours later 1/4 w/cheese!! and a med hi C drink!! god i feel like s**t right now. thats the first time ive eaten like that in 6 months and it felt goood while i was doing it, but now i feel sooooo guilty....gahhh

LOL..it's tough to beat days like that..we have all been there I am sure. The guilt is horrible though isn't it!

Now you've made me hungry for junk food lol. Your cheat day is a bit mild from some of the ones I've seen with clients . That is why I only allow them to have one cheat meal per week. In that one meal, they can eat whatever they want and as much as they want. The idea is that I'm hoping from all the dieting, their stomach will start shrinking and they won't be able to eat as much as they think they can or want to .
