Question Need help with diet for 12wk test cyp/dbol kicker cycle,some detail if possible pls

Hi,I'm looking for some diet advice for my upcoming 12 week test cyp/dbol kicker cycle.I am on a slight budget so that is consideration but it would really help me if someone was to give me some detail on what I should be eating,say on training days and non training days at least.
I am late 20's,5'10",170lb's and I am cycling for mass if that helps.

,eggs,chicken ,turkey,ground lean beef,tuna

,rolled oats,pasta,brown rice,sweet patatoes

flax seed oil,olive oil,pumkin seeds,almond nuts,

cottage chesse,peanut butter(natural)

low fat natty yogurt.

they are all the foods i eat in my diet.

7am-4-6 hard boiled eggs -50g rolled oats

9am-good pro shake

10am-hand full almond nuts

12pm-large chicken fillet with cup brown rice

2pm-turkey fillet with large sweet patatoe

4pm bolw pasta with 2 cans tuna

5pm whey pro shake

6pm-workout

7pm -lean beef with veg and small sweet pataoe

8pm-100g pumkin seeds

10pm -cottage chesse or peanut butter.

4 liters of warter thu out the day and all meats cooked in olive oil.

you should always eat eat the same every day even if you not lifting.

Thanks so much for that dead-lift,means alot.

That is great example for me to work from for when training in evening which I do sometimes but mainly I train just after lunch,is there anyway you could do me example day on that basis?.

Also I dont really buy protein shakes,is it possible to replace them with certain amount of milk?,how much protein should those lots of milk include so I know?,the fillets of meat protein content?.

If you could answer and help me out little bit more it would be really really appreciated as wanna do this right and know my diet has to be good.
