Mythbuster...can you drop fat and gain strength...

At the same time? That is what I am looking to do. Not worried about getting bigger, I want to get the BF and get down to a specific weight class I have thrown in before, BUT be much, much stronger than I am now.

Can it be done?

Initially i would say no.
But there are many chemicals out there that ave values which can help this goal.
IGF-1 is one. Read the article in the main forum also about albuterol, some people report fat loss whilst gaining strength while on a course of this.
All aslong as your eating enough though.

theres a video of amir khan, he fought that fight at under 5%bf, when training for that fight he could bench 90KG (roughly 190lb) 4 years ago he won the silver medal at the olympics, same weight class at about 12%BF he could bench press 60KG (rougly 125lbs)

You absolutely can gain strength while dropping bodyfat. No question about it. Especially if you are someone who doesn't normally exercise, but even if you do, you can always get stronger, and lower bodyfat. (to an extent)

See thats the goal for me. I am not worried about getting Huge, but get the BF down and get STRONG!
