Hi,looking for a good guideline bearing in mind my stats provided as to how much protein,carbs,fat (good) I should be taking in each day on my upcoming 12wk test cyp/dbol kicker cycle?.
I cant really be eating several meals throughout day so a guideline would really help so I still know I'm getting what I need. |

for a start you really should know all the answers to you questions before you go useing aas)these are basic questions you are asking here) right imo its vital that one must eat every 2-3 hours when trying to add mass (natty or aas) you say you cant be eating several meals thuout the day? well if this is the case you shouldent be useing steroids because eating 1 or 2 meals every day just aint gonna do it bud . you gotta try and get 6-8 good meals down ya every day . all must have good pro/carb /fat-e,g -1 large chick fillet with 2 sweet patatoes and sevring of green veg -hand full of almond nuts after . get reading on diet bud as it is very important in this game |

Thanks dead-lift,understand fully what you're saying and I can eat like 6 meals a day but main things I needed to know really was:
1. How much protein,carbs and fat should I be taking in each day? (i.e 250g protein). 2. Does it matter when the protein,carbs and fat are taken in apart from obviously carbs before train and protein after? I'm trying to simplify things so is easier. |

just eat every 2-3 hours bud with 50g pro and 30g carbs ,in every meal,
as long as you get food in you every 2-3 hours. |
