big cheat day

was at the us open sunday and decided to splurge a bit i had many little desserts lots of sandwhiches and the killer was probably the 10 or so mixed cocktails with all that sugar. I think i put a nice layer of fat on my stomach my abs are no where near what they were at the start of that day. I hope i can get this worked off before the holiday. Ephedrine should be here wednesday though that should help
