Im looking into getting a thing of cytogainer what do you guys think about this stuff? I was thinking of just taking it one time during the day (when would be best) then using regular protein for my other 2 or so shakes.

good stuff...Personally I go with the GNC brand...1800....lotta people hate it due to sugar content however.

Nutrabio Weight Gainer

Check this out. So worth the money, especially at 15lbs. I buy all my protein and MRP from Nutrabio now, after being recommended by Access. This place is amazing. Great service, super high quality, and the shit just plain tastes awesome.

Extreme Mass.. not bad on the amount of servings and price.. i'm still trying to find the nutrition facts on it though.. I think Access posts that website alot..

ON's Serious Mass is a good one also... although i don't like the protein to carbs ratio.. it has an insane amount of carbs per serving.. i tend to lack sometimes in my carbs so it helps bring that up to my daily intake..

Cytogainer.. i've thought about it, but i havn't tried it yet.. i know Opi likes it though..

Ive gained alot on this stuff. Very little fat too.
The ingredient ratio and sugars, fats etc are nothing to brag about, but this gots a hefty amount of calories and protein and is a great value. 10.5 pounds for 27 bux(on internet). If you use 2 scoops(500 calories in water) it does 38 servings. i use it with milk for more caloires
