Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5) 500 mg
Hawthorn Berry Extract (standardized to 1.8% Vitexin) 300 mg
Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine HCL) 200 mg
Saw Palmetto Extract (standardized to 45% Fatty Acids) 160 mg
Celery Seed Extract (10:1) 75 mg
Grape Seed Extract (95% Proanthocyanidins) 75 mg
Policosanol 20 mg
Zinc Gluconate 15 mg

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules twice daily, spaced out 8 to 12 hours apart, preferably with meals.

I see alot of things that is good to take while on just hope it's not alot of money as you can get most of these things at wally world...Milk Thistle is really the only thing I take extra while on. I take my vit all the time as you should too.

i take in addition to this, Gnc sports multivitamin, fish oil, zma, L-canitine, No2 (black), and was taking milk thistle prior to this, also it only costs 30 bucks
