Default help on creating the perfect PRE & POST recovery shakes

I am really new at the dieting end of things and from everything I have been reading, This is the most important topic to know. Just wondering if anyone has the ultimate concoction for PRE-POST recovery shakes. I know that that 1 to 1.5 hr after a work out is crucial so there has to be something better than what I am doing to take advantage of that time. I need the post shake to be pre-mix if possible, add one more thing into the mix I am going on a KETO diet so the creatine might have to go or get better stuff.So any shakes please no/little carbs

Mine so far is: (Pre)
1 scp protein 26gr
4whole eggs
1 scp creatine 23gr carb
2 tbsp flax seed
h20


(Prost)
2 scp protein 52gr
1 scp creatine 23gr carb
h20

I would suggest you use MCT oil instead of flax because it will help with your energy during the workout. Also, you're not using whey protein? on a CKD style diet.

Yes on the whey, Is this a bad Idea. I am switching to Flax seed oil instead of grounds.
for cooking I am pitching the EVOO for Macadamian oil and may ad a bit to the shakes for extra cals.
Any other suggestions for the perfect shakes

What is MCT oil?
Whey protein can convert to glucose at almost a 56% rate, so it's not a wise choice if you're trying to stay in ketosis.

MCT oil = Medium chain triglycerides oil
