Cytosport?

gday, just wondering if it really matters what type of protein the individual is using? Im a big believer in buying good quality protein but know lots of big guys who say it doesnt really matter... also could anyone give me feedback on muscle milk (cytosport) being from australia i dont hear too much about products.. cheers.

Protein is protein, just get the brand available to you. Most of the time, they are all getting the powder from the same source, it's only the marketing that is different.

I dont care for cytosport too much usually pretty high in fat grams. I have alot of diff protein powders and Optimum Nutrition is the best ive had. It taste and mixes better then any others i have had. Another thing is i hate when the scoops take up the entire class with one and the serving size calls for two. O-N is one of the best that ive tried

personally i love muscle milk. i think it is of good qualitly and great taste, and i really like the new line which is monster milk. as far as whey goes though my fav. is pro-nos from mri, i love this stuff, but for postworkout, my favorite is afterglow by biorythm...hard to find though, anyone tried it? it tastes sooo freakin good, not that dairy type taste like most protein has.

Muscle milk is good man I used it for like two years strait... Then I switched to muscle milk colligiate, its less fat more carbs and more protien... Its puts on good weight fast! Yeah muscle milk is high in fat but they claim they are good fats and used for energy during your workout.... My body fat was reduced while on muscle milk... But sometimes I can't afford it and jus buy a cheap off-brand protien...lol
