Default Finaly, diet put 28lbs on in 7weeks, help rip me plz

hi guys, over the past couple of years i lost a hell of a lot of weight(around 5 stone) i went from 14 stone to 9 stone. The last 7 weeks ive been eating like a horse lol yesturday this is what i had, and have been doing for the past 7 weeks

9am 6 weetabix

11am burger

12pm fish steak(cod), rump steak(bloody) 2 chicken breast

3pm brown rice, then gym for 1 hour

4.20pm cod steak, rump steak

5pm spagetti bolonase

6.30pm microwave chicken curry

8pm burger

lol i no this seems a hell of a lot to eat for my wieght but some how i have, and in between meals ive been snacking on boiled egg whites and all sorts of things really.

The help i need now guys, is what steroids to buy to help me rip the weight ive put on into muscle. I have been going to the gym every day 5 times a week now but the weights piled on that fast its not all muscle.

The plan was to take steroids from the start to help gain weight fast but i noticed i was gaining weight that fast i didnt need them, now ive put 2 stone on i think its time to start a cycle,, i have never taken steroids b4 so i dont no the names(and which 1`s to buy) or how much to take and how often. like i said id like a steroid thats going to help me rip the weight ive put on into muscle..

5ft 10

11 stone in wieght

gym once a day for an hour(normaly 2 oclock ish)

Thanks alot guys, Help would be great,im a little desperate on this one as i dont want to go back to 14 stone and for it all 2 be fat because ill just end up starving to loose weight and ill end up goin back to 9.. id really like to do this properly.. thanks again people

can any1 tell me if this would be good for my first cycle...

1-12 Test C @ 500mgs a week (1 shot per week)
1-12 Hcg @ 250iu's 2xweek (total of 500iu's a week)
1-12 Arimidex @ .25mgs E3D
**then of course you will have to do PCT (post cycle therapy) 2 weeks after your last injection of Test C (week 14-19)--for this you will need Nolvadex...you will run it 20mgs a day for 2 weeks and then 10mgs a day for the following 3 weeks after....

if so could u tell me the full names of these steroids plz, live in england so i have to buy on the black market.. thanks guys

Well you can't turn fat to muscle. You can burn off fat and make sure you're training enough to make the weight you put on next time add to your frame as muscle. Your diets not all bad. You could use some protein in your morning meal so some eggs there can help. Also at 3 pm...add some protein here. Before bed add some casein protein in the form of a shake or cottage cheese and a handful of nuts.

You have a diet going but make sure you have a solid workout routine down before beginning any steroids. Build up the strength in your tendons and make those ligaments solid so they're ready to handle the strength increase from the steroids.

The first cycle looks solid. Testosterone cypionate is the steroid you've chosen.

Thanks alot thats a big help also thanks for the advise on my diet, as u can see im a bigginer when it comes to fitness and diets lol. Im starting to get a little sick of the foods ive been eatin now, ive just bought loads of veg to mix in through the day, can u tell me any other foods which are hight in protein?
