Advise on carbs

For anybody that may know or have experience with, I have a few questions. I have finished Dan's book on Body Opus, alot of info to soak in. My questions are:

1) Yohimbe? Ive heard good and bad, anybody used it b4?

2) Chapter 44 states (carb-up days, Fri and Sat 4 me) 2g of liquid simple sugars or glucose polymers per kg of LBM each meal (1-4)2 hrs apart, which for is 180g. What are some liquid simple sugars? I bought some glucose pills, but they are only 16g a piece. How in the world do I get 180g per meal?
Then meals 5-8 are liquid carbs or high-glcemic carbs like corn flakes, but what else? have to be 135g per meal.

I know the power drinks are liquid carbs, is there something else I can do or just drink a ton of gatorade? The real food doesnt start till meal 9 which will be noon on Friday.

3) If been staying away from the carbs except for 8oz of skim milk with the whey, which I guess need to do away with milk. Anyway my keto sticks are showing negative all week. Could I be in ketosis and using the ketos or is the milk causing me not to go into ketosis?

=>You need to get some powder dextrose

Ok, I follow you on the dextrose, So its that what you suggest for the first 8 meals or is there something else besides that?

I got some glucose tabs, but its low doseage.
