Can someone run down with me what is a good diet to get lean from breakfast to dinner?

Hey Tyler602, Please clarify for us what you mean by 'lean' (do you want to put on muscle mass or lose weight or what is your aim?).

Also if possible list what you eat usually or even better what you ate yesterday and at what times. If you know the calories put that down also.

We'd also need your stats.

I just got done running a cycle of test c. I know i need help with diet to lose fat around my lower belly. chest is built,arms,legs but cant beat the belly fat only lower.
Today I ate
8am oatmeal & protein
12 tuna, protein drink,
4 i will eat protein bar and fruit
8 i eat chicken and vegi's
I work out between 630 to 8.
