Default Diet structure - Advice/modification needed

Stats!

Age: 20 (1 month to 21)
Height: 5'6 (168cm)
Weight: 184 lbs (82.7kg)
BF: 20.8% (Endomorph)

6:30 : 22g Whey (10mg Dbol here)
7:00 : 5 Eggs, Chicken Breast and 6 US grade Walnuts. 1000mg Fishoil
11:00: 2 Chicken Breasts, 4 US grade walnuts, Carrots/Banana
1:30 : Workout. All weights are at 85% 1RM

3:00 : 22-35g Whey
3:30 : 2 Chicken Breasts, 100g White Rice, 5 Eggs + Greens
4.30 : 2 US grade walnuts.

6:00 : 40g Milk, 1 Chicken Breast, 2 US grade walnuts.
9:00 : 5 Eggs, 1 Chicken Breast, 2 US grade walnuts. 1000mg Fishoil (10mg Dbol)
9:15 : Attempt to sleep

Misc: 35g premade whey and 1 US grade walnut incase i wake up.

Total Carbs : 173g (Via Nuts, White Rice and whey
Total Protein: 289g (Sort of clueless on how to increase these into digestable timings)
Total Fats : 354g

Notes:
-Totals are excluding midnight whey and walnut
-Diet structure is based on local availability as well as costs.
-Fatty red meat is excluded due to costing and inability to barf it down
-Protein timings are based off max 40g absorption rate per 3 hours.
Question:
-In terms of nutritional values and timing, how does the structure above sound?
-In my steroid cycle post, florida recommended that i get 350-380g of protein. How do i achieve that values? What do YOU recommend to modify?

Forgot to mention, walnut, egg and chicken breast nutritional values were based off this site: Nutrition Facts and Analysis for Nuts, walnuts, english [Includes USDA commodity food A259, A257]

Hey atrflash, I actually added up (roughly) the values of what you listed in the other post and that is where the numbers come from. Overall the listed daily meal plan isn't too bad. To maintain your current weight you should be taking in about 3000 calories per day. I think the total calories were somewhere around 3300 for what you listed. To gain weight you want to be 500-1000 calories per day over that. To lose obviously you would lower your calories by 500-1000 per day.

The average person should consume about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Body builders usually take on 1.5 to 2 grams per pound.

I would say your carbs are low for bulking but being you are trying to reduce body fat they look good.

I dont think you are far off on this. I assume you are trying to hold or gain weight while cutting the body fat? I would drop the Dbol at your age period but if you just have to run it i would wait and throw some test in with it. Just drop your body fat down a little more first.
