Whats up guys,
So I'm 22 6'2'' 200lbs at 13%. I already completed my first cycle along with PCT and a nice long break. Well I'm ready for number two coming up and I'm quite concerned about my current BF. Last cycle I was comfortable going on at 10%, and ended up at 9%. Problem is that unfortunately I had an abdominal injury that forced me into a hiatus from lifting, and just plane exercising in general for around 5 months. During that time I packed on some fat around the abdominal region and my sides.
I was thinking of starting the cycle when ever I got down to a lower bf%, but wanting to see what you all thought as if I should cut before and to what % if so. Another main reason I'm here is to see how you all recommend me going about this. I've done two cuts in the past and know the basic premise of it, ex. low carbs, high-intensity cardio frequently, burn more calories than you intake, but I'm interested in some specific routines and diets.
