Shrimp Prawns (Large) - Anabolic Steroids

I bought some pre cooked thawed large shrimp prawns today and noticed it was high in cholesterol are these bad for me? Thinking it was a shellfish it would be good.

Shrimp is one of very few sea foods that just has some bad fat in them so I stay away.

Im a shrimp lover as well but yeah they are loaded with more cholesterol than just about any other food. I plan on checking on the domestic fresh water version thats popped up and seeing if they are any better.
