Default My on-cycle diet

As the title states....my on cycle diet

7:00am

100grams of oats, add tablespoon of peanut butter for flavourant and 250ml of skimmed milk. 40grams of whey protein with ice water. 500ml water

10:00am

10 egg whites, two slices of wholegrain low-gi bread with 40grams low-fat cottage cheese. 500ml water

12:00
Three chicken breasts, 100grams of brocolli, 1 sweet potato, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil. 500ml water

14:00
1x can of tuna (sprinklwed with some extra virgin olive oil), two rice cakes, serving of BCAA's. 500ml water

16:00
Pre-workout meal is usually a wholegrain pasta, with either chicken or tuna added, usually with a serving of some micellar caseinate protein. 250ml gatorade

18:15
Post workout meal
Protein shake with various added fruit, pure whey powder, oats, glutamine, flaxseed powder and some L-Argine, second helping of BCAA's

19:30
Either 200g of steak or 200g of fish with steamed vegetables and about 50grams of brown rice, followed by a tablespoon of flaxseed oil. 500ml water

9:30
Serving of nitrotech nightime.

usually keep 500ml of whey protein next to bedside to consume if i wake up during the night usually split these into two servings.

Please guys post up your on-cycle diets!!!

Feel free to bash this one to bits as well, ill do my best to defend my choices!!!

looks good to me bro...... ill post mine up soon....when i get sum free time...have u figured out how many calories this diet is?? what are ur goals on this cycle......Bulk/lean bulk/.....maintain while cutting bf%??

Well guys to answer everyone's question its an on-cycle diet. When im looking to cut i will add a little prop here and there, but i dont consider that a cycle. When im on-cycle i try and keep my nutrition as clean as possible as my goal is never really to get as huge as possible but rather to put on quality muscle which will improve my overall body composition.

As for the total calories of this diet...i wouldnt be able to tell you that. I just eat

Oh current stats

1.82
215lbs
BF 15% and dropping. Should be around the 12% mark at the end of the cycle

Week 1-16 Sustanon @ 750mg/week
Week 1-16 Equipoise @ 800mg/weel
Week 1-6 Tbol @ 60mg ED
Week 8-19 HCG 1000iu/week
