mass gaining diet?-ectomorph

hey fellas was wondering if anyone could prescribe me a mass gaining diet im 23, 78kg, training 4-5 times per week at 45-60min, high intensity heavy lifts 4-8 per set, looking to raise weight to around 95kg, then cut back from there... at the mo im eating 1-2000 cals above my standard diet, but advice from you guys would be appreciated. thanx

Dont know if you tried this yet, but if you do a quick search in the diet and nutrition forum you will find a plethora of information regarding high calorie, muscle building diets.

bro just eat every 2 hrs protein crabs.....keep em high do this all day.

yea thats basically what ive been doing, hey bro is there a clear cut difference between clean cals/normal cals? like i just basically load up on watever i can get my hands on, but normally tuna sandwiches and stuff, homemade protien shakes with one whole egg, an three whites, but occasionally ill just eat a big greasy pizza for dinner so on these nights should i be following up with clean cals?
