I always lost weight witought a strict diet in the past,just tons of water and basically starving my self. for some reason now that work has me less active
the same diet routine isnt working for me. i always felt starving would drop the lbs but this time it isnt. this is my routine /diet. diet goes like this. egg whites or weight loss shake for breagfast. no lunch chicken breast baked with squash,broc,snow peas etc in stir fry for dinner at around 8pm after gym. yet maybe 1 to 0 lbs lost every 2 weeks. used to be a big drinker and got this solid beer belly and everyone says a cycle will suck it right out with my diet and workout. workout equals mon -friday 300 calories cardio + 30 minutes sauna daily and for lifting i go mon chest teus bicep/tricep wednsday shoulders thursday back friday chest agan Yet i still lack weight loss. please help me cuz im gun ho to start losing weight and am looking upon taking winn/clen asap to give me aboost but am worried bout side effects(sex problems,etc) i realy appreciate all your responses |

Bad idea to not eat. When you starve your body will store fat because it doesn't know when it will take on food again. The key is to eat frequently, eat smaller amounts and eat clean. You need to eat 5-6 times per day to keep your metabolism up. You should minimize the amount of carbs you eat especially late in the day. Eat only complex carbs and avoid sugars (simple carbs). You can eat some simple carbs right after a workout to get insulin levels back to normal, just don't over do it.
It is best to do cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything because you are burning fat instead of the food you ate. You need to determine how many calories it takes for you to maintain your current size and reduce that by 500-1000 calories per day to lose weight. This link can help you with that. Food Values
