Default I need help please!!!!!!!!!!cant lose beer belly.

I always lost weight witought a strict diet in the past,just tons of water and basically starving my self. for some reason now that work has me less active
the same diet routine isnt working for me. i always felt starving would drop the lbs but this time it isnt. this is my routine /diet.
diet goes like this.

egg whites or weight loss shake for breagfast.

no lunch

chicken breast baked with squash,broc,snow peas etc in stir fry for dinner at around 8pm after gym.

yet maybe 1 to 0 lbs lost every 2 weeks.
used to be a big drinker and got this solid beer belly and everyone says a cycle will suck it right out with my diet and workout.

workout equals
mon -friday
300 calories cardio + 30 minutes sauna daily
and for lifting i go
mon chest
teus bicep/tricep
wednsday shoulders
thursday back
friday chest agan

Yet i still lack weight loss.
please help me cuz im gun ho to start losing weight and am looking upon taking winn/clen asap to give me aboost but am worried bout side effects(sex problems,etc) i realy appreciate all your responses

Bad idea to not eat. When you starve your body will store fat because it doesn't know when it will take on food again. The key is to eat frequently, eat smaller amounts and eat clean. You need to eat 5-6 times per day to keep your metabolism up. You should minimize the amount of carbs you eat especially late in the day. Eat only complex carbs and avoid sugars (simple carbs). You can eat some simple carbs right after a workout to get insulin levels back to normal, just don't over do it.

It is best to do cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything because you are burning fat instead of the food you ate. You need to determine how many calories it takes for you to maintain your current size and reduce that by 500-1000 calories per day to lose weight. This link can help you with that. Food Values

Losing weight with more frequent meal is counterintuitive, but it absolutely works!! Small meals does just what Florida said, it keeps your inner fire (metabolism) churning. That's how your body burns fat. Gotta keep stoking the fire with small amounts of food instead of piling on an evening meal like an armful of leaves on a smoldering fire. It will just sit there and smoke all night and never actually burn. Also, smaller meals will shrink your stomach which will reduce your belly size. Good ab exercises will help tighten your core which will also tighten your waistline.

Ha ha, That's classic bro. What do you consider strict, the "Air Diet"? Florida and BigEZ are correct of course. When you starve the first thing your body burns is muscle.If your family has no food and one kid eats 5 times as much as the others then that kid has to go. Well muscle is 5x more metabolically active than any other tissue in your body which is why, in the face of starvation, your body burns it for fuel first. Which is also why that's the LAST thing you wanna do. You wanna INCREASE muscle. You have to eat protein yes, and you also have to eat "good" fats. If you don't have an intake of dietary fats, your body won't want to metabolize it. Just trust me on this. Plus, fat will make you feel satisfied and less hungry longer. (This may be why you feel hungry half an hour after a typically lowfat Asian meal.) Also, low carbs are ok as long as you're eating fats, but make sure to eat a piece of fruit every few days to maintain liver glycogen which will maintain Leptin expression and keep the conversion of t4 to t3 going. Note: I did not say to eat a lot of fruit.
OK. Now this part may sound questionable but it's really the main thrust of what I want to say. You are too focused on what you DON'T want.You don't want to be fat, you're impatient. Your feeling is that it ISN'T working. It's imperative that you stop feeling this way. Your thoughts and feelings have more influence on things than many people realize.
I could write a book on this but I'm gonna make it short. Think about how you want to be. Feel how great it feels. Imagine that you are ALREADY there, regardless of what the mirror says. All your body knows is now. The future is incomprehensible to it. If you say I will be lean in the future all it hears is that I'm fat now. What the mind believes, the body achieves. Good luck!
