please help with diet
hi, im 24 years old, and bodybuilding has always been my intrest. i been weightlifting for 8 years and i havent made hardly any progress, different people have gave me differnt advice, i only weigh a pathetic 11 stones, i am a hardgainer, really struggle to gain weight, i normaly train 4 times a week, im 5ft11, i am a muslim so i cannot eat non halah meat, and i seek help from you people who can simply help me with my diet, i get full up very quickly, please is there a halal weight gain diet that is sucessful? i crave to get to 13 stones at least.
