Default todays meals ---- any good ???

not on cycle ......

10am ...100gms oats , handful shaved almonds , handfull blueberries (love this) ------- milk thistle , coq10, multi-v, fish tabs

1pm...beef baquette roll with cheese lettuce tomato garlic sauce

5pm train

630pm 60g protein shake after training wpi/wpc/cassein

730pm chicken breast and small steak 200gms each mashed potato(butter and milk) piece of corn,carrots,brocoli

notewas feeling a little off come lunch time today so wouldve normally been another meal b4 i trained and even a shake with breaky ..... think its the protein i got gunna change .....

so whats the opinions ???

What are you trying to do cut or bulk? If your bulking then your not eating enough. Either way you need to eat 5-6 meals per day.

yup cut a little fat and maintain what muscle i have a little more wouldnt hurt lol !!!

tpoday i ate

1030am oats blueberries milk almonds multi v coq10 liv gaurd

1pm protein ball ( its like a bar but natural with nuts etc really good ) 20gms protein

115pm train

230pm pwo shake 30gms protein

245pm whole meal roll , chicken breast , chesse , lettuce tomato, mashed egg

700pm sword fish steak (200gms ) mash yes butter milk cat stop it !!! carrot corn brocoli or a salad

plenty water

any better ???

cutting or bulking thats not enough food my friend. after meal two you go about 5-6 hours without eating. that should never happen. eat a protein based meal every two hours 3 hours max. 6 meals a day 5 minimum.

I agree. Just try to keep your carb intake low while keeping protein high.

1pm-5pm is only 4 hours dude lol i know i should be eating every 3 hours tho just being honest 4 what i did 4 that day appreciate the advice tho thx

yea you definitely should lower those carbs and up that protein. clean protein. try shooting for atleast 240 grams of protein per day and no more than 300 grams of crabs.

yeah def trying to watch those carbs now , spaces between meals, training more frequent now afta lay off too so....

my down fall is beer i drink 1-3 x p.w not blind just 3-6 beers ...... extra calories i know - empty calories !!!!! was off the grog 4 a month went str8 down to 15-16% .....

im a carpenter so beer sorta goes with the turf long had hot day a nice cold beer mmmmmm licking my lips lol ....

i know its not ideal (beer) but it doesnt effect my training at all and its in moderation so.....
