Breakfast:
5 Raw eggs drank with milk
Cereal
Protein Shake

Snack:
Protein Bar

Lunch:
Two PBJS loaded with low-fat peanut butter, Apple, Carrots, Cottage Cheese

Snack:
Protein Bar

Dinner:
(varies) but mostly, it is lean chicken meals.. loads of chicken. and loads of veggies.

100mg of Deca Durabole / Week
150mg of Primobolan / EOD
40mg of Winstrol / ED

My workout Schedule:
Mon: Chest & ABS | Tue: Back | Wed: Legs + ABS | Thur: Shoulders & Traps
Fri: Biceps & Triceps & ABS Sat: OFF Sun: OFF

Your not eating enough......a quick look at your diet I estimate that it is around 2000-2500 calories which should be close to your maintanence level.

Here is a guide to help you calculate your needs. There is also a food value guide to help calculate the calories, protein and carb content of your foods.

To deterime how many calories you need you first need to determine what your maintanence level is. Then you need to add 500-1000 calories per day to that to gain or subtract the same amount to lose. Below are the formulas to help you determine all that.

Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

Your cycle isn't good either IMO. If this is your first cycle it really is a bad idea. If that is the case I would drop the deca and primo and run 400 to 500mg of test cyp instead. The winstrol is pretty safe. I would run the cycle like:

Wk 1-10 test cyp 500mg per wk
Wk 8-12 winstrol 40mg ED
run arimidex at .25mg EOD throughout the cycle. Start pct using nolvadex 3 days after last dose of winstrol. Run it 20/20/10/10/10mg.

Good input from Florida all around. That cycle makes no sense at all. It's just enough compounds to shut down your HPTA system and not enough to grow on at all. Sounds like you got conned into buying some gear. You really need a test cycle to start just like Florida mentioned. You'll come off of that looking like a new man. The one you're on is full of disappointment while your supplier got richer.

Add HCG to your cycle (250iu x2 per week) and you'll keep your gains when you're done. And you won't have to explain to Jess why you're carrying two peanuts between your legs. The HCG is legal, relatively cheap, and painless to inject.

bro didnt i help out with your cycle already and told you to leave the deca out and base your cycles with test? you said how about sustanon. i said thats great and i set you up with a cycle... you said wow great thank you i will do as you say.
