Fat loss 4 Idiots?

I came across a site called Fat loss 4 Idiots dot com. They claim that with their diet you will lose 9 pounds every 11 days. Just wondered if there were any idiots who had paid for this program. Just curious. I'm almost tempted to be an idiot just to satisfy my curiosity. I love learning something new. I've bought almost every program under the sun in the last few decades in order to quench my thirst for knowledge. I'll let you know if I learn anything.

Fellows I kid you not, I was at a high B/F and wanted to run AAS, Now I am one of those guys that actually listen. So I held off and went on a sticked KETO and did cardio twice daily 2 hrs each session , Dropped 54lbs in 51 days. That is way to fast but what a ride!

Am cardio on an empty stomach is killer

Congratulations! Few people have the discipline and perseverance to follow a strict diet and 4 hours of cardio a day. A friend of mine lost about 30 lbs for a show in 4 weeks following a CKD and two 2hr cardio sessions a day. But extreme cardio and ketosis is key.
