Its been a week since your last post and I'm hoping to hear from you and to see the progress you have made! I'm getting ready to start my cycle of clen and possibly t3. I'm still confused on whether or not to stack t3 with my clen cycle just because I've heard a lot of negative feedback on it causing a huge amount of muscle loss. I know that adding tren to my cycle would help counteract that but I think being on all 3 of those at the same time and this being the first time on anything for quite awhile might just be over the top any suggestions?

T3 can cause muscle loss if you abuse it, not in moderate doses. But if you add tren, you'll have no problem.

Hiz - Honestly, in my opinion, if you are going to do the Clen then you should stack the T3 and TREN with it. Remember, I'm talking a prohormon.. not a steroid and from my experience, the only thing that really had an uncomfortable side affect, so far, has been the Clen...

Muscle loss? Nah - not if you keep it, the T3, at a three week cycle. just start at 25mcg for 3 days, then to 50, 75, 100, and then back down.. each stage for 3 days (remember to take 3 weeks off before cycling again). The combined effect of the three will be great!

As for my progress... Well, I've had company for the last week so I havent been doing a great job of keeping my diet clean (I've had several 3k plus cals a day)... The results? I'm still losing fat and maintaining the muscle!

I'll post the stats and pics next week!

As of right now I'm 5'10 250lb 38% bf and feel terrible that I let myself go from loosing over 60 pounds in 3 months getting my weight down to 215 last year to putting back on 35 pounds this year! I'm planning on cycling Clen for a month to a month and a half and plan on loosing 30 pounds then cycling off everything for about 3 weeks then probably cycle back onto clen stacked with t3 and tren. After that I plan on cycling off for another month then throwing in a cycle of winny then all natural for a month or two then possibly onto some real gear!

Obviously, as a company which sells the products you'll be using, it's hypocritical for me to say this, but maybe clen/t3 etc are not the solution you need.

You're at 38% bodyfat, so your goal should be LONG term fat loss via a change in lifestyle, not just a quick run with Clen/T3 and be done with it, because the weight can, and will, come back if you do this crash diet method. I suggest you give yourself 12 months to lose the weight you want, and sure, you can cycle some clen/t3, but not the whole time. Start the first 3 months clean, do cardio, sprints and possibly bodyopus. From there, You can start with our cutting stack but cycle it slowly.
