Having a problem with uploading the pics (size), I need to host them somewhere... Will take care of it tonight.

Here are the after pics - Wife DLed the befores (I'll find thim this evening and update the post). Again, these are day 28 pics.

Alright here they are, the day 1 and day 28 pics. These are "non-flex" pics so as to keep everyone clear as to the progress made. Next next set of pics/stats I post will be in 3 more weeks. I'll post progress/feelings/thoughts as I progress through the cycle. Feel free to reach out to me if you want anything additional.

I wish I could have done thes side by side with the day 1s, I'll figure somethign out for the next set.

Really inspiring. Thanks for the detailed log. Are you spreading your Clen/T3 throughout the day or taking them all at once?

I figured I would send out an update (day 35). I’ve gone a week without the Clen or T3 (don’t forget the time to recover before cycling back on). Initially I was afraid that I would wake up 10lbs heavier due to some cruel joke or side effect of not have the two in my system. But, I’ve stuck to my diet and my workout routine and in doing so I’m still having positive results. One thing that I have noticed is since I’ve been off of both; I’ve gained muscle endurance/strength… I suspect that this has something to do with my metabolism running in overdrive for the last three weeks and my body getting worn down due to the calorie deficient… If this is accurate then others should be able to mitigate this feeling by not cutting cals so bad as well as adding taurine and potassium (relatively cheap at GNC for about 5-6 bucks a bottle) supplementation on top of a good multivitamin. To give you an example of what I mean, I’ve gone from doing 6 dead hang pull-ups to 12 in a matter of 6 days… Kind of odd eh? Considering I’ve now added 10 sets of 12 pull-ups to my back workouts… So – moral of the story here is don’t forget that every time you add something to your system or go to the extreme (big cal cutting) to accelerate what your body does naturally, you need to compensate appropriately with the “right” supplementation.
