Is there a minimum?

I was wondering if there was a minimum order amount that has to be spent with eclen. I've tried every credit card and none of them seem to work on the site. Running out of options to make order. I'm using a Visa card, not sure why it's not working. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no minimum order. What happened with your order was your CC was declined and you kept trying to place the order, so the system auto blocks people who keep trying with the same card (I believe you ran the order thru 3times or so).
