New to Clen/T3...need some help please!

I am new to Clenbuterol and T3. I had used Triax way back when it was still legal, and it worked great for me. I am an active 50 year old woman who works out 4 to 5 times a week and have done so for the past 30 years. Last year I had some health problems, and wasn't able to hit the gym as I normally do and now I have about 10 pounds that has been difficult to lose. I am 4'11" and 105 pounds. My bodyfat is 26%. I primarily do weight training, with 20 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.

I started my clen cycle (week 1-3)
20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 100, 80, 60, 40, 20

Week 4 off

Week 5 currently on T3:
25, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50

So far I have lost four pounds! I didn't see or feel anything when I was on the clenbuterol. I can definitely tell when I am on the T3. My body temperature inceases, and I feel slight jitters...like too much caffine. I don't think I need to increase my T3 dosage any higher than the 50mcg. I plan on staying on the T3 for 2 weeks, then do the Clen cycle again. Any advice on whether or not that is good? Or should I start the clen cycle sooner, along with the last week I'm on T3? Is it okay to take the two together?

It seems you have a misconcept about the results from clen/t3, even together they can increase metabolic rate by about 10%. Your diet and other facts will come into play, and T3 levels at your age are already low - so you'd need higher dosages.

Keep in mind, CNS response varies from person to person.

Thanks Tealc! I will increase my T3 dosage. Do you have any advice on whether or not I should take more than 100mcg of T3? I have read that 100mcg/day is max for most people...but then and again, my age is a factor! I appreciate the advice!

Keep t3 way under 100mcg, don't risk it at the high dosages.
