I do not know what the hell I'm doin
I thought that a guy could just buy like one thing and get huge but the more I read the more I realize I don't know a damn thing could someone please give me some info steriod types what I should eat all that I weight 213 am6'3 been lifting pretty regular since I was 16 I am now 31 I just want to get "buff" ya know but I don;t want my nuts to shrinkand no ***** tits I work in the oil field so I am pretty active being its hard labor so I really have no problem burnin fat c0uld you guys please let a newbie in on the game any advise is welcome thank you!
