Girls, have a question, please read

Kinda personal... Just curious if this has happened to anyone else and/or what should I do.
After using the restroom sometimes, I have a burning sensation down there. And at somepoint throughout the day I'm having to P every 2 minutes. Even afterwards, when I KNOW I don't have to, it stills feel like it in my tummy. I could barely sleep last night from this. It's been going on for about 5 days now. Not sure what to do. Don't like going to the doc

Sounds like a kidney or bladder infection ,cranberry juice helps and lots of water some people have to take antibiotics for it though

it does sound like a UTI(urinary tract infection). Push fluids, clear liquids like water, cranberry juice. Stay away from caffine or tea. You can also you can try OTC AzoStandard for the bladder pain. But dont let it go too long MB...it'll only get worse. If it doesnt feel better in a day or two then you will need to see a physician for an antibiotic.

I have suffered my whole life with those damn things. Try Uristat which you can buy at the drugstore. It will turn your pee bright red or orange but will help with the burning and frequency. Also go to your healthfood store and look for a product called Cranberry 1000. Cranberry alone will not cure a uti but it also contains uva ursi which will. If after a week your not feeling better you will have to go to the dr and get a med. Ask for a med that won't give you a ***** infection because they are available. If you continue to have them you need to incorporate a daily cranberry pill into your supplements. The cranberry will make you more acidic and the bacteria cant thrive in an acidic enviornment. Some dos and don't I've learned are:

always pee b4 and after sex
wear cotton undies
no spandex or nylon especially when sweating
and don't sit around in a wet bathing suit

Lots of water and something to acidify the urine like cranberry extract or juice. If its an infection of the bladder or elsewhere in the urinary tract, you might need antibiotics, but if you can clear it up naturally, try to do so. Save antibiotics from a doctor for last.
