Craving ice..... - Anabolic Steroids

Why? Why am I craving ice?? I live in Florida and its hot...but jeesh, I know I'm properly hydrated. I just have to eat it all the time, cups of it. What am I lacking???? Is anemia a possibility? Anyone have any views on this...please.

There is no science backing this.. just urban myth....

sexual tension/frustration....along with peeling the label off a bottle, peeling the bar coasters...just a habit of doing something all the time in the place of doing something else. If you were chewing ice you would be..i.e. popping your knuckles, or fiddling with you hands...

I am guess that it is not a constant, but say at least once every half hour?

Thats too funny considering its been a while since I

.....I was hoping that it was something my body was lacking....I can eat cups of the stuff daily. I dont know what it is, but thanks you two.

I heard the same thing, but for me it doesn't mean the sexual frustration. It means dehydration....but some of this

It can also be an iron deficiency. I had a friend who was diagnosed as iron deficient, and she used to always crave ice. Once she got her iron intake in line, she quit craving ice.
