AnalBaby did var and she's close to your g/fs weight. She ran 5mgs ED for 2 weeks, then 10mgs. ED for 2 weeks, then 15mgs. ED for 1 weeks, then 10mg ED for 1 week, then 5mgs ED for 2 weeks.

anavar will tighten her up tremendously!! It will increase her strength and lean body mass.. by increasing her lean body mass, she will decrease her body fat, in turn getting a harder leaner physique with close to NO side effects..

I have been using var on and off for about 3 yrs now and LOVE it.. i have NEVER had 1 side or complaint..

I have never used the particular cycle as Mr.X pointed out and IMO there is not a necessity for a taper down, but tapering up is crucial.. ALways start low and work your way up gauging sides and progress.. She may feel wonderful at 10 and get the results she wants, hence no reason to increase dosage.. It is very personal and she needs to closely monitor her body..

Some people do like to taper off of anavar as not to get the "post cycle crash".. this varies from person to person..
I have seen women get depressed when coming off an aas, i have seen some relative weight regain or softening of the body in relation to when "on" which also can cause depression...

Me personally, i have never tapered off and i have never experienced a rebound.. so again, it is personal..

But the suggestion to up run it is a good idea.. 5mgs for the first 2 weeks, 10mgs for the next 2-4 weeks or complete cycle... possibly increasing to 15mgs but peaking at 20mgs.. (sides may occur the higher the dosage.. even with anavar)

Great post super db IMO Var should be run a minimum of 12 weeks... 12-16 weeks is optimal. I like long low dose cycles though

I agree with Nubi.. i much prefer longer cycles of lower doses.. It allows for more constant levels, easier hormonal adjustment, more consistent gains and even a taper if need be..

also IMO, for a beginner or most women just dabbling in the aas arena, i would highly suggest anavar over eq anyday.. Eq is not to be taken lightly at all and though it can offer incredible gains, it can also cause severe virilzation in women which is irreversible...


anavar (loeffler to be more precise) is by far my drug of choice!1
