JJFigure....How do you count / not count fiberous carb calories?

Yup, eggwhites w/ turkey bacon and trotillas is the BEST dish I've ever come up with. Actually, I saw you post it a while back, on AF I think, so I copied it and have been doing great w/ it for a while.

I finally took the time to change my diet log so it backed into carbs; that's actually been an interesting adjustment. I discovered I'd been underestimating pro content on my chicken and turkey (3 oz = 26 grams, or ~8 grams/oz) - I'd been using a default value of 7 grams/oz. Can I just say, one more time, how much I love that USDA nutritional database? I had to look up apples again, and saw it broke down the sugar content by grams of sucrose, glucose, and fructose. What a cool database!

I've always enjoyed the USDA database, very accurate to say the least. I love it

BTW...JJ I suffered the food miscalculation problem many times b/c I tend to remember the nutritional values for almost every food, so sometimes I would mix them up a bit .
