Default weight is not budging!

dont understand what more I can do, am I being too impatient? This weight gain is really stuborn. I am now walking to and from gym, starting hi-intensity boxing, and havent had a carbup in about 2 weeks.
should i take a supp? i just need some kinda push I guess

Why not try just eating a balanced diet.sometimes your body needs a break from all the dieting torture.I'm not a diet guru so this is just my opinion.But i do know the struggle of losing weight

Rogue, you are right on!! Your body needs a break or a mix up every so often... when i see a plateau coming on (which of course involves several variables) i always mix things up.. NO carb up in 2 weeks is not a good thing!!! You need to refeed your muscles!! Your body will start turning on itself!!! Plus last thing you want is a rebound which will come from too much sugar suppression! So i highly suggest you take 1-2 days off and carb up to shock the system and keep the metabolism moving!!
we all get stale and used to things... so shock your body...

also keep in mind that the body takes about 14 days to make a change!!! Once change starts after those 2 weeks, you will be on a roll... but remember you always have to tweek things and shock the system!!!

I understand your frustration. When I started dieting I relied heavily on this and other boards for information. What I couldn't understand was being totld to up my calories. I'm like "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!"

But I followed the advise I was given. I have slowly increase my calories from 1600 when I started now I'm at about 2000 day. My metabolism hasn't slowed. Also every couple of weeks I purposfully get my kcals up to 2300-2500 per day for about 5 days. No cheating just upping the carbs. My cutting diet is already high protein & fat.

I think upping the carbs, but keeping it clean might help. Why don't you give us you stats & what you are eating at what times this would probably be best, 'cause looking out can get blurry, but us looking in can offer a new perspective. make sure to include portions.

thanks for the support..I know it can seem frustrating when girls go on about their weight.
diet varies from day to day..heres an example:

1. 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon o.oil or soy butter
2. post workout (usually) tuna in brine, fetta cheese, tablespoon fax oil, green vegies.
3. same as above.
4. 2 tablespoons soy cream cheese , 1 tablespoon flaxoil
5. 1 chicken thigh, mixed vegies, tablespoon olive oil

you didn't give portions. But based on what I see it seems like you've got your body in starvation mode and holding on to every ounce of weight it can.

There was a reason the smart people that designed the ckd diet and that type of eating put in re-feed days. One reason is to keep the muscles full so you can keep lifting, so you gain more muscle size, so your metabolism expands not contracts.

The other reason is so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode, so your metabolism doesn't slow, so you can lose weight, fat weight not muscle weight. How much muscle do you think you have lost eating this way.

You need to start introducing carbs back into your diet and get your metabolism back. It's gonna take awhile but my personal opinion is that you have taken this to an extreme.

Mr X, and others will be around to help you out and may have more ideas but so far everyone has told you to eat MORE! I hope you are listening.

Give us your stats: how tall are you, what do you weigh? Have you had your bodyfat % done? if so what is it. What is your normal excersize routine.

The more complete info you give the more help and ideas can be given.

165cm, 51kg, bf probably around 20%- maybe more?,
exercise:
day1: upperbody hi reps, quick circuit - 30-40min
2: boxing, walking 30mins or rest day
3:legs: squats, ham. kickbacks, swiss ball spine roll (hamstrings), single leg push all about 20 reps or until failure
4: upper body
5: walking 30mins
6: legs
7: rest

i have only recently started this program as i cant do running/hi intensity due to an ankle injury. I alternate between legs 2xp/w and upper 2xpw.

prior to this i was doing heavy split routine with 1-2 body parts a day and 12 reps max.

any help would be great.

Your kcals and protein look low. Did you use Mr. X's CKD worksheet to figure out your macronutrient ratios?

yes. mrx 's diet he recommended contained less protein and cals.

my protein is about 90g per day, cals about 1400
