GH and women...

I want to do GH, alone (no aas) for fat loss. Anyone recommend a dosage? With diet and exercise when should I expect to see results, and how long do I have to be on it?

I was thinking 2 IUs a day over a period of 3 months.

2ius ED (7 on) is an appropriate dosage, however you may want to start at 1iu and gradually work your way up after the first few weeks.
The first month is an "adjusting" month.. your joints will ACHE, your menstruation gets weird, you are tired, may get carpel, etc.. hence the adjusting month..
by the end of the 2nd month into the 3rd month you will start to see some fat loss. By the 5th month, you will see a nice transformation.

IMO 3 months is NOT enough for fat loss, only because the first month is like nothing but getting your body ready and adjusted for change...

NOW add in some anavar and you will speed up the process a bit as well as tighten muscles a whole lot more. ALso your recovery and strength will be off the hook! My favorite stack to date!!!

there is sooooooo much info and research on this... imo i would get surfing learn all there is to learn as there are some heavy sides with gh and a lot of discomfort.

I don't want to do an AAS, just GH alone. In your experience, did the water retention and initial sides ease up the second month?

I think I will do it for 6 months to get all the whole benefits.

the water retention did not ease up until i came off lol.. i lost about 8lbs of water once i stopped the gh.. but i also used serostim which is notorious for water retention.. Saizen will NOT hold as much nor will humatrope.. so there are options..

the aches and "adjusting" eased up by the end of the 2nd month and into the 3rd my joints began healing...

You can 100% use gh alone for theraputic purposes or fat loss..

the key to gh is longer use at lower doses.. honestly, you will be fine with 1-2ius for the course!!

shit girl.. i would not be suprised

i can say from first hand experience that several female pros in fitness and figure are absolutely doing gh... but most combine it with var and clen.. gh has really found its way mainstream in the bbing community.. esp in fitness, the effects are profound as far as recovery from routines and fatigue...
one draw back IMO, is the blockiness in the waist due to BOTH gh use as well as heavy gymnastics.. which can been seen in fitness competitors.. you will see the difference if you put a figure girl next to a fitness girl.. fitness have blocker waists, but again mostly do to gymnastics, but gh will play a part in it as well, making a blockier waist...

the key is finding the best dosage for your body.. personally i would not reccommend a female exceed 3ius a day.. me i like to stay at 2 or under.. and length of the run is just as important..
