after three weeks on primo, the girl is doing great. unfortunatly she got sick this week but is getting beter. her ass is as hard as a rock and her shoulders and arms are firming up nicely. hopefully she be back in the swing of things next week. ( only 2 workouts this week). all of this from using only a kettlebell.

AWESOME!!! glad she is fending well!! Just keep an eye on her sides and a nice consistent dosage and shots and she should be fine!!

is she raging yet??? damn i was super fierce on that shit!! i used to bartend and a guy disrespected me... i jumped over the bar and pinned him by the neck to the wall.. the bouncers had to pull me off of him... that was one hell of a PRIMO TEMPER lol... good luck hehehehe

not raging yet, and no sign of sides. she has noticed good strength increase, too. it sucks that she got sick this week.
