Hi Mckenzie...when women sense that their hair is thinning, they tend to instinctively reduce the frequency of their shampooing. That's wrong. Frequent shampooing stimulates hair growth.

Hair thinning is usually a hormonal issue, but can also be caused by ill-health. If you fear the problem is thinning, not breakage, see your doctor.
