Anyone used AST (or another brand) 19 Nor 250 with good results? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

I'm female. 32 years old and I've had a full hysterectomy. I weigh 115 and I'm 5 foot flat. My body fat is currently 22% and I lift weights 4 days a week and do cardio 4 days a week. The guy at the gym why has trained lots of pros told me that he's had good success with this with ladies.

I would think you can have more controlled results w/ low dose anavar 5mg per day for now.

I agree with X because even a prohormone of a 19 Norandro can do bizarre things to a girl. I knew a girl who tried 19 Norandro and she had to start waxing her lip and her voice started getting deeper in four weeks. I know its a prohormone, but it can still have profound effects on a girl by way of masculizing...unless you don't mind having a masculine look and sound.

I greatly appreciate your input. As stupid as this may sound I just don't know how to go about getting something like Anavar and you hear horror stories of buying over the web. Assuming I could get a hold of some though is it only injectable or does it come in tabs? I thought of taking winny tabs maybe.
But if I can't get ahold of any do you have any other suggestions for dropping body fat? Clen and cytomel did nothing for me. The last great results I got from a supplement was the old Dymetadrine extreme. That stuff worked great. My body fat was down to 8%. Probably my receptors are just shot.

Winny if you can find it is okay but for short cycles that are spaced very far apart if you wish to keep your feminimity. Anavar is tab form and not injectable (normally). If you really want to drop body fat and get lean mass, you don't want to work out like most people on the boards. One thing that extreme sports buffs and endurance athletes have in common with women is that they all respond well to high volume routines. High volume, minimal rest, and a good diet (semi low carb).

Yea I have to agree w/ X....anavar cycle at 5mg ed for 2 weeks then 10 mg ed for 8-10 weeks would do you much nicer.....

Of course, when it comes to losing bodyfat, diet is key. What's your current diet like? Maybe we can spot a few changes to help with the fat loss.
