Remember, it takes time to develop muscle and strength. It sounds like you're fairly new to training, so it's just a matter of patience. I wasn't the strongest woman in the gym from day one either. :-)

The only person that you should be answering to when you work out is yourself. The only person who has any right to judge what you do in the gym is yourself.

My training partner competes in form and figure and does fitness modelling. I cannot even begin to compare myself to her as I am training for bbing.

If you spend your life trying to impress other and please others... you yourself will never be impressed or pleased with yourself.

Who cares if they lift more then you.... your at the gym, working out, taking care of your body.... no one has any right to critisize you for that...EVER!!!!
