I want to take steroids?? yes or no?

Hi,

I just want to know what the ladies think about me doing some steroids - the gym I go to has a lot of pros and ladies seems to do pretty well on it. I'd like to put on a few lbs now (see my picture in my signature), and my friend at the gym told me she recommends 100mgs of Deca/100mgs of Test every 3 days. I'm not sure if the dosage is good/bad or what it is. I did some searching in the drug profiles but I'm a bit lost.

I'd like the least possible sides effects w/ the most gains as everyone would, so I did read about anavar but still am not sure on what to do.

First, how long have you been training? Second, what's your training routine look like? Third, what does your diet look like?

I personally train and compete without AAS (steroid) use; you can accomplish a lot naturally. And if you're not competing as a BB, the chances of experiencing irreversible sides outweigh any perceived benefit of AAS usage - especially if you don't have a decent training and nutritional approach.

Hon I'm experienced and I would never touch 100mg of test every 3 days whom ever gave you this advise knows nothing about AAS useage and women....

more then likely w/ proper diet, tra ining hard, ie: lifting heavy/low rep sets you'll put on the muscle you want.....unless you've got these things down and are experienced then and only then after you've educated yourself on the risks women face when using AAS could you even Think about it....

But like JJ said....you can get the results you want w/out the AAS

I did some anavar before and I felt it was too much, so I wouldn't touch so much test/deca.

deca is a mass building compund. - it requires a high caloric intake to see results. So, you will get some extra fat on you along with muscle - if you were to do this.
def stay away from test - that's just asking for hairy nipples.

if anything, I'd say anavar only. - but you shouldn't use quite yet - it doesn't look like you are a body builder.
if you want to be a bb, you have to put a lot of planning into it. Girls can gain a lot of muscle fairly quickly if trainnig and diet are in order. steroids are used for those who can no longer move forward with gains - I don't think this is the case with you.


try taking in 400 grams of protein a day for a while and lift heavy ass weight. check yourself in about 4-5 months - I think you will be fine.

WU lets work on getting your diet and training in order.....you've got plenty of time to worry about doing a cycle.....besides women should never stack things they've never used before...we all respond differently and you'd neve know what was causing you a problem

Why do u think u need roids WU? Judging from those pics of Yours , I can`t see a single reason for doing so!To me You look very femine ánd i think that`s the way women should look; like women , not like men!
Take a look at those soft-porn mags called musclemags and see if You really want to look like those men-women(not all of them!).
However if You DO WANT to look like them , it`s up to you!
And for the side effects, read the article of jim Quinn in the latest issue of musclemag international. To think about it he might be talking about the prolonged GH use. Anyway you`ll get the idea clearly from the story.
So I say NO for your question! You can do wonders to your physique naturally. You already seem to have one helluva body(something womén just seem to have , even without doing nothing about it! Why we men can`t have such luck?) so don`t destroy your health with something no one can be very sure of and enjoy training and healthy life!(both familiar terms to u?)
