Exclamation cardio problem!

I have a cardio problem. I do cardio 2x a day and feel like I'm overtraining all the time. 1hr on treadmill/stairmaster each time. I'm 5'5 110lbs....don't know bf.

do you guys/ladies think I should cut down on the cardio? I just feel so tired all the time

YES! Your body will sacrifice muscle during your quest to become a cardio queen; with a decent diet, you shouldn't have to do hardly any cardio at all. I do one day of conditioning/week (usually sprints), and can easily maintain under 14% bodyfat with that small amount of conditioning. It's more important to focus on building more muscle if your goal is to become leaner.

After all, how many of the other cardio queens at your gym look lean and defined? None of them at my gym look anywhere close to me.

Hey anal.. JJ is right.. diet is key!! If your diet is on, you don't need as much cardio.. too much cardio and all you do is lose muscle and become a skinny fat person hehehe..

however, cardio is necessary for a healthy overall system/body.. but do not overdue it..

1 hour max 3-4x a day is more than plenty.. Unless of course you are not worried about maintaining muscle and having definition..

the body type is your decision..

ie:
sprinter = jacked, lean, muscular, hard
runner = skinny, lean, mushy

pick the body type and train accordingly..
