I was thinking of doing 2x a day 1hr each time low-intensity 7 days a week b/c I'm trying to lean out to meet a hot stud

with your question about roids, I'd assume you are wanting to bulk up???
I think that's too much cardio unless you're fat - which you're not.

if you're looking to gain muscle, I'd recommend cardio 3x per week max.
more cardio = less muscle mass gains.

I think you need to focus on diet . how about you post your current diet so the diet experts can critique?

ok please as web stated decide what you want to do

add muscle? or lower body weight?

1 hour 2x a day is too much cardio you'll burn more muscle....and you've already stated you're looking to harden up and add more muscle....

why don't you post your average diet...also may want to check out www.fitday.com input what you normally eat for a couple of days and get an average of your carb/protien/fat intake....then we'll see where you need tweaking

We need more details to be able to help you; if you could post up a sample day of your diet, I'm sure we could help you tweak it to meet your goals. Also, if you could post up your current training split, we could probably help you out there as well.
