Cutie's New Year Diet/Cycle

this is what my new cycle will look like

hgh 2iu/ed
500mg metformin ed
.25mcg t3
20mg anavar/ed
100mg primo/wk


Diet will look like this:

Re: diet
Breakfast

1 cup oatmeal
1 scoop isopure 0 carb protien
1tbl udo's choice oil


snack: 3.5 oz pkg tuna

lunch

8 oz grilled chicken
steamed broccoli or sauteed fresh spinach
1 Tbl Udo's choice oil

snack:
3.5 oz pkg tuna

dinner:

8 oz grilled chicken or lean steak
one of these: broccoli/spinach/broccoli rabe/stringbeans
1 Tbl udo's choice oil

post workout:

isopure potien shake w/0 carb/fat milk
40g dextrose


Total: 1981


Fat: 39 349 19%


Carbs: 86 259 14%


Protein: 318 1272 68%



I hit the scale and was really upset to see that I put on 30 lbs in the past 6 months....this is what a combination of stress, divorce, moving, not training and eating right does.....plus I guess that beer and brownie diet I was on last weekend put me over the edge ....LOL

my basic every day supplements are

R -ala
vit E
glutamine
milk thistle
cranberry extract
Glucosomine (sp)
multi vitamine

I'll be doing cardio in the morning...6 days/week
approx 50min per day

then training at night
mon- back
tues- legs
wed- chest
thurs-arms
fri- shoulders
I do 100 weighted crunches every day and then other abdominals 2x week

I have started the cycle and had to lower the hgh to 1iu per day...due to a lot of swelling exp in my bad ankle....starting to feel pretty good now actually
