confused with carb rotation

I'm just really suspicious of those ovarian cysts. Are you being treated for that? Do feel "chubby" just in your abdominal area or all over?

If your endocrinologist told you to cut back on your workouts, she likely suspects that you have female athlete triad. Can you get your bodyfat percentage tested for us? That would sure answer a truckload of questions.

i have put on fat around my abs - a lot! i used to be able to see a lot more definition in that area - now i can hardly fit into any of my pants.
but i have out on weight in other areas - noticeably, my back, arms and hips.
i am seeing the endo cronologist on the 19th of this month - she wanted to give 2 months to a new training regiem and diet to see if that would bring on my period naturally - but no luck. (unnless there's a mirical in the next couple of weeks).

she has ruled out polycystic ovarian syndrome - but im not so sure - i mean this weight does not want to budge!!and it doesnt seem riight to me

If you're doing intervals in the gym, you want to stick to short, intense bouts - 20 second sprints with 40 second rest intervals. This would mimic the sprint 100m, walk 100m session on a track.

how long should the sprint sessions go for in total?

When I'm on a track, I only do 8-10 100m sprints. Of course, I also do some warmup drills that equate to another 400m or so.

I would do as much as you can do, up to 20 minutes or so.
