I LUV DIPS... but my fucking shoulder and elbows are killing me... guess cause i am heavy lol..
but if i go too deep, my shoulders hurt.. if i stop and don't go as deep, my elbows get the pressure...

can't win with this one lol...

back to pushups?? hahahaha...

anyone else have exercises that they luv but hate??

Good mornings are another one - especially that first rep of every set. I can't ever count it, because that rep just never feels good are is low enough.

when i go deep lately it's when doing sumo squats....trying to harden up those inner thighs... i actually have more problems with my knees than anything when doing normal squats real deep
