Hi ladies~
I see there isn't much here, so i thought i would start a new thread. I was just curious as to how long you all have been working out??? How much farther do you have to go to reach your goals??? And if you take something to help you along the way, what do you take and what are the pros and cons of it???
My name is Rachel and i am 23, i have a 4 year old daughter and another on the way. I had just started working out at the beginning of july. My husband thought it would be best for me to do an HST routine. I had never worked out or ate very well prior. I am about 5'5'' and weigh a whopping 90-95lbs. My goal was to start eating better and make what ever muscle i have bigger in means of covering up all of my bones...LOL Now i am pregnant, so i think some of this will have to wait, but can't wait to hear what you guys do, so i have great tips after the pregnancy. I hope to get to talk to you all soon!!!

I have been lifting on and off since I was 15. I have been athletic since around 12. I got serious about training about 2 years ago. I have come along way but I would say I still have a long way to go. My goal is to compete spring/summer 05.

I started training when I was 16....stopped when I met my ex.....started up again about 1996 after a car accident at the time I was pushing 300 lbs at 5/5" started back and realized just how much I missed it all.....dropped a lot of weight, put on a lot muscle....have had my ups and downs....I train for strength.....

wow! 5'5'' lifting 300...i think my husband would have a heart attack!!! but that is more than 3 times my body weight, but to think that i could ever ever do that is actually kind of exciting! maybe after baby! got the results this morning and i am for sure! woohoo.

I meant I was pushing ie: weighing in at almost 300 lbs SH *smile* sorry.....but before I injuried my leg last year I was squatting 265 lbs for 10 reps....my strongest body parts are my legs and b ack.....I'm keying in right now on my upper body...to increase by chest/arm/shoulders

I have been lifting on and off about 12 years. Serious training about 3 years. Lately IÂ´ve been on and off again, I have 5 months old baby. Trying to get my ass back on track.

congrats on the baby!!! at least you have determination!!! See, i am very very underweight!!!! way to much. I have been talking for years about getting healthy and working out, and i could just never bring myself to do it. I spent all my time with my daughter and hubby when he is home. Right when i decide to make a change in my life and get healthy and work out, i get PG.....lol....so i hope and pray i will still have this little bit of determination after i have the baby!!!!!!! Good luck getting back on track!
