when is the worst pain for you? Day after or day number 2? I had a pretty heavy legs day Thursday thought I was fine, yesterday hardly any stiffness today :crybaby I live on the third floor long walk up if your in pain even walking down hurts.

normally 36-48 hours later...which is why I prefer to do legs early in the week so I can walk normal again by the weekend

Usually for me it is the next day. I stick to a very strict stretching regimine before and after I work legs. I think stretching and water reduces the soreness for me. I do still feel "tight"36-48 hours, but usually the first 12-24 for me is when I am most sore.

depends...for legs it can usually be from that day (i get weak in the knees) and can last a few days...it really depends i find the more active i stay the less sore i get. upper body...if it ever gets sore usually gets sore 2 days later.

But to answer your question Super.. Day 2 or 3 are usually bad for me... unless i train legs twice a week.. then the soreness is close to none...

When I train Legs I'm sore by that night and stay sore for sometimes 4 or 5 days....depending on what I do and the weights I use.

Upper body I barely ever get sore.

you're lucky you were in the parking lot....

I've puked several times, always towards the end of my leg workout and am Damn lucky I've always managed to make it to the ladies room.....Sheeeesh.....
