New forum for a New Year!!!

With the MMS makeover, we decided to give the old womens' forum a little update as well...

Welcome to the Fit Female's Forum!!!

One nice neat place to discuss EVERYTHING!!! No scrolling through forums looking for help, it is all right here... Post your diets, training, gear, SEX stories, advice, questions, etc.. You name it; this is where to discuss it!

We are also enforcing a NO TOLERANCE POLICY! Meaning there will be absolutely NO female harassment from male members, there will be NO flaming, there will be NO embarassment for any questions asked! So many women refrain from posting because they don't want to be embarassed by the questions they ask... It is far better to ASK first so you don't make any mistakes you may regret later!!!

All the moderators will be helping keep this forum clean! Please note that i am not excluding men by any means, but i welcome any educated opinion, research or advice intended to help or encourage... Advice and knowledge are very much appreciated!


We also welcome any ideas, suggestions, comments you may have on how to make this place better yet!

What NEW things to look for:

1) Everyweek I will be posting a "TOPIC of the Week" in an open opinion format style... It can be anything related to fitness, fashion, hell it can even be politics! I just want to get the females thinking and posting and discussing ideas they may not be able to discuss openly without judgement in other places... If you have suggestions for new topics or if there is something you would like to discuss, just ask!!

2) Everyweek a new "PICTURE of the Week" This too can be anything from fitness, fashion to my baby pittbul Contributions are appreciated and welcomed!! Got a great new pair of jeans you want to show off... post em up!

3) Everyweek a new "WEBSITE of the week" The internet is an awefully huge place and there are so many sites to see and places i have not yet visited, so i will find a good one and let ya'll know about it. Ladies if there is a site you feel we would all benefit from, post it up!! Share your links! I reserve this section not for other discussion boards persay, but just really cool places to visit and see!!!

So there ya have just some of the changes too look for! I really hope this gets all the female members up and posting, discussing ideas and making 2005 and fun and prosperous New Year!
