Well.. come on now ladies.. this is gonna be an easy one... Ya knew i had to ask this one very appropriate for a new year!!!

WHAT IS YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION?

LOL~ Mine would have to be, to stop letting a certain some one manipulate me and take advantage of me. To find my inner strength and to start living a life...not sitting home with the baby all the time.

oops...lol...as far as physical goals...seeing as how i am 30 pounds under weight..and fine it hard to gain over the years, to at least put on 10 pounds, if not more.

Tink... your resolution is something that hits home with me hard and is something that so many women fall victim to!!!

Mental manipulation or a passive aggressive control is sometimes very hard to recognize in a relationship, however it is a form of emotional and mental abuse. Some will deny it exists and some will say otherwise... However you always need to remember that the only person who can control your mind is YOU! Your mental and emotional strength is yours and yours alone and NO one can take that away from you! Sometimes we give away our power without even knowing it!!! We allow others to walk all over us without saying a word, or we allow others to have the upper hand in a situation without arguing or we get so tired of arguing we feel it is just easier to give in...

You are a step ahead of the game!! You have already recognized that there is a problem and you have identified it! This is a big step!
Finding your inner strength is the most powerful thing you can do! Taking back your power, be it mental, emotional or physical is crucial!

This is actually why alot of women turn to weight training, kickboxing, working out in general.. it gives you a physical sense of power which in turn aids in the mental and emotional!



btw... spending time with your baby is one of the most wonderful things you can do.. there is nothing more special then you can give someone then your TIME! that alone in itself is a gift and your baby is a gift!
However... you also need YOU time, so getting the help and support you need and deserve is what is fair for you! Do not deny yourself enjoyment nor happiness or you will start resenting those close to you!

So i back ya 110% girl!!!

So take back your power! Make that decision in your mind and stick to it!
Whatever it is you need to do to find that strength, DO IT! Any help you need, we are here for you...

I make resolutions that I know I am never going to keep like manage my money better. LOL I make real resolutions when the time is right and stick to them I don't think NYE reso are ever very effective.
But that is jus my 2 cents

the new year is kinda like a monday to me... it is a fresh start to fuck it up all over again j/k... but it is a new year to plan new things yadda yadda...

i am going to become rich and famous this year! Not a bad resolution right
