Nosy and curious... i went digging... methinks the spook that lyle is talking about on bodyrecomp is avant labs spook... not my spook <---- WHY is that not a winkie smilie here??? ;-) <---- that works.

ok... so me... i'm Spookstress. I competed a few years ago and have enjoyed a nice FAT ASS 'off season' ever since LOL. Planning to do it again next year and frankly... i'm gonna miss my fat :P and I'm not looking forward to doing cardio at all :lol: <--- this place has the most fucked up smilies evah!!!!!
